魏雪团,男,教授,博士生导师,英国365上市集团副院长,国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目首席科学家,英国365集团“狮山硕彦计划”拔尖人才B岗。长期致力于食品级芽胞杆菌合成生物学和细胞工厂相关研究,解析芽胞杆菌育种的关键分子基础,建立了合成生物学分子育种新技术,开发了优质酶制剂、微生物替代蛋白、血红素、亚精胺等生产菌种。曾主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、国家自然基金面上项目等20余项,以第一/通讯作者发表论文60余篇,以第一发明人申请/授权专利20余项,获英国365集团青年探索奖、优秀导师奖、教学质量优秀二等奖和研究生教学成果奖二等奖等奖项,任Journal of Chemical Technology and Biotechnology等期刊编委。

食品发酵与合成生物学
主持的代表性项目如下:(1)国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目,基于三维基因组空间结构的芽孢杆菌设计育种,2022.12-2027.11。 (2)国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于三维基因组和体内进化系统平衡亚精胺代谢网络,2024.01-2027.12。(3)国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于核糖开关双重动态调控系统平衡S-腺苷甲硫氨酸代谢网络,2022.01-2025.12。(4)湖北省重点研发计划青年科学家项目,芽胞杆菌合成血红素关键技术研发,2022.07-2024.12。 (5)国家重点研发计划子课题,基于P450调控的自由基反应催化合成氮、硫杂环分子,2020.01-2024.12。(6)国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,纳豆支链短链脂肪酸形成的关键基因挖掘及功能解析,2016.01-2018.12。
